Karta Krakowska

The application is used to support the Program entitled. "Krakow Card" implemented by the City of Krakow. With its help, you can register an account in the Program, submit an application, present to Partners the valid Status of the mobile Krakow Card and purchase and present for inspection personal periodic tickets of a resident (provided that consent to the processing of personal data has been granted to the Public Transport Authority). The status allows you to obtain discounts from many Program Partners and discounts on one, two, three-month and semester personal season tickets for public transport in Krakow.

Caution. The KK mobile application displays only tickets purchased in the mobile version of the Krakow Card (mKK). Tickets purchased and saved on a plastic card will not be visible in this application. If you want to change the carrier of the ticket from a plastic to a mobile one, you must complete an application for changing the carrier of the Krakow Card at kk.krakow.pl.
